September 2023 was a momentous month for the FlexSNG, not only were we granted a 7-month extension to the project, but we also reached more than 1000 followers on LinkedIn.
These two events continue to mark the success of the project, first the acceptance of the extension symbolises the importance that the European Commission has given to the outcome of the research. Whilst the momentous number of 1000 followers shows just how interested the general public are in finding an alternative solution to our dependence on natural gas.
FlexSNG is now entering the final 12 months of the project, with the new end date as 31 December 2024, and has many events and activities planned to share the main results, and hopefully find a suitable path to take this technology forward to commercial use after the project ends.
Stay tuned for more updates!
